Respective Brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product. You can lodge complaints on them through us, if the quality is not found up to the mark.
2.Flowers, Arrangements, Gifts, Fresh Fruits and Any arrangement/combinations of any of them etc. shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement, Gifts, etc. varies due to availability of flowers or item and other reasons beyond our control.
3.If ordered Flowers / Cake / Gifts / Fresh Fruits and Any arrangement/combinations of any of them are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers / cake / Gifts of equal value.
4.Fresh Baked cakes are available only after 10.30 am from bakeries. Thus fresh baked cakes can only be delivered after that time. In exceptional cases you may request to keep the cake prior day in refrigerator & deliver next morning. But we don't advise this.
5.Depending on the delivery destination, the delivery schedule may vary from same day delivery to delivery within the next 1 to 3 business days. Holidays may extend it further..
6.To raise complaint against the quality of product for items delivered , the customer / recipient is required to provide an image of the product delivered within 48 hours of delivery. Refund or Redelivery can also be made depending on nature of the complaint and any decision in this regard will be the sole prerogative of the website.
7.We do guarantee the delivery on date BUT we don't guarantee the delivery on any particular time. We do try to deliver well within your mentioned time but we do not guarantee that. And normally we shall process the order for delivery as soon as possible ignoring your specific instruction to deliver at or before a particular time.
8.In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall deliver / despatch within 24 hours.
9.In case a customer wants to cancel an order he needs to do it at least 24 Hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However in all such cases 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expenses.
10.In case the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.
11.Some countries flowers and gifts normally dispatched thru courier and we cannot guarantee exact date and time of delivery.
12.The prices quoted at our website is for FREE delivery within city limits. Any delivery out of city limits and to villages etc. In case of Perishable Items may attract extra delivery charge. After delivery of your order we may send a link for you to pay this extra delivery charge, if required. However, we shall not hold or delay your order and assure delivery on required date.
13.Right of Refusal :
www.a1floristsdelivery.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of any order without assigning any reason whatsoever to the customer. However, in all such cases www.a1floristsdelivery.com will refund the amount paid by customer in full.
14.Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.
15.The various logos/Trademark backed by product being sold by us on the website belong to respective companies and they are the owner of said Logo/Trademark.
16.No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.
17.The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
18.All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court Mumbai, India only.
19.If we are unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
20.For any order in which problem arises due to the mistake of the user e.g. wrong address or incomplete information or recipient not reachable, no refund will be given.
21.In case for a served(processed/delivered) order against which we have not received the money, due to any reason what so ever it is, the Customer & the Recipient shall be equally liable to compensate for the sum due. In case both the Customer & the Recipient refuses to pay us, we shall take appropriate legal steps to realize the sum due.
22.Taxes in any, will be paid by the consignee as this may be applicable in the Recipients State.
23.For deliveries at Hostel, Hotels & Hospitals address, POD signed at the reception or by security personnel will be a valid proof of delivery. Though we try to get the sign of the actually intended recipient but at these places, due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot assure it. If the delivery boy is stopped at the premise gate of any of these locations we try to get in touch with the recipient. If for any reason the phone goes unanswered we consider it as an attempted delivery.
